📋 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service offered on the 8mbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 8mbd.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of 8mbd immediately. Continued access to the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To create an account and participate in any activity on 8mbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8mbd strictly enforces a 21+ policy and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from accessing gambling services by any authority.
• You must not hold more than one active account on 8mbd. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. 8mbd may deny or revoke access if any provided information is found to be false or misleading.

📝 Account Registration & Security

When registering your 8mbd account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 8mbd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• 8mbd employs SSL encryption and multi-layer security systems to protect your data. However, you must also take reasonable precautions to secure your own device and internet connection.
• 8mbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violations of these terms.

💰 Deposits & Withdrawals
